|Recommended: YesIt's not cheap, but it is a stellar complex — My wife and I have lived here for almost a year now, and we really love it. The proximity to the college and downtown area is the reason we chose this complex, along with the flat-rate rent that would be easy to manage and plan for with our fixed income as graduate students. You could find less expensive properties in the area, but these apartments are clean, easy to maintain, and the facility management tries to make sure everyone is happy and everything is running smoothly. The pool and patios are great now that the sun is out in the Natural State. Speaking of natural, the complex's Platinum LEED certification and bird sanctuary status, with the amount of green space surrounding the complex, mean that you will feel separated from some of the noise and business of downtown Fayetteville, while living close enough to enjoy all of its amenities.

It has less units than other places this close to campus so it is quieter and have seen no domestic disturbances since I have lived here. Shannon and Snuffy are great and laid back. I would highly recommend this place especially for graduate students or professionals working near the UARK campus. Concrete floors look modern and are super easy to keep clean, the internet is great, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to campus.
