|Recommended: YesOverall amazing — I would tell them that if you want to live by yourself, close to the university, as well as Dickson Street. Then ECO is the best price for all of the amenities as well as location.

|Recommended: YesClean, Environmental Friendly Community Close to Campus — Eco Modern Flats is a very clean, minimalist complex that puts a lot of focus on being environmentally conscience. Apartments are very modern with new appliances and neat features like the turn-able TV stand. Perfect for a college student looking for a place that is close to campus, quiet, but still has a friendly community. Also, its dog-friendly so expect to see lots of dogs.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful property but could improve — I love living among all the greenery. The garden is a 10 10, I love the vines that climb the wires on the buildings, and the large amount and variety of plant life. However there is an area where the landscaping is unfinished and messy on the north side of the apartment complex by the bamboo. The rock path is uneven and falling apart. Additionally, every time I bring my dog outside, there never ceases to be at least two or three run-ins with dog poop that other owners failed to pick up my dog tries to eat these droppings and running into them is annoying. I would suggest more signs that say, please pick up after your dog, and or more dog poop bag stations.

|Recommended: YesGood spot for near campus living — Open floor plan and built-in storage allows for maximum use of each space. Grounds are well kept. Questions and maintenance are addressed in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesUnique Living — Located within walking distance to UofA, Grocery, Park trails, and good eats, it's an awesome place to be. The layout and cabinets are great and offer enough space for 1- 2 people. The complex seems more mature than other local student apartments and seems strict enough to enforce quiet hours. That being said, I haven't experienced any issues with noise and parties. Like any apartment in Fayetteville parking can get a little tight. However, you are not competing for parking spots with other buildings and stores. Being a smaller complex, maintenance can be a little slow but I have been happy so far with their work. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
